Copa America hero Vidal makes the cut for Bayern's International Champions Cup squad

The Chilean star will travel to the United States to face Inter and Real Madrid, with Franck Ribery, Javier Martinez and David Alaba among the other big names battling for the ICC

Arturo Vidal has been included in Bayern Munich’s squad for the International Champions Cup just days after returning from post-Copa America leave.

The Chile midfielder was a key part of his nation’s march to a second successive Copa title in the United States, as they once again beat Argentina on penalties in the final.

But he will jump right back into action after spending the last month in his native country, as coach Carlo Ancelotti announced the players who will take on AC Milan, Inter and Real Madrid at the pre-season tournament.

Bayern’s squad in full:

Goalkeepers: Ulreich, Starke, Fruchtl.

Defenders: Badstuber, Rafinha, Bernat, Lahm, Martinez, Alaba, Hausler.

Midfielders: Alonso, Vidal, Thiago, Ribery, Ozturk, Dorsch, Benko, Crnicki, Tillman, Feldhahn.

Forwards: Green, Pantovic, Lappe.
