Dante: I would happily retire at Bayern

Dante has revealed that he would happily end his playing career at Bayern Munich if the Bundesliga giants offered him the chance to do so.

The Brazilian centre-back joined the Bavarians from Borussia Monchengladbach in the summer transfer window, and is thoroughly enjoying life at the Allianz Arena side.

“I’d take it at once if Bayern offer me the chance to retire here. I have a four-year contract, and I’m delighted to be here,” Dante was quoted as saying on the official Bayern website.

“I’m not thinking about any other clubs. I’ll give everything I have in these four years and attempt to repay the faith shown in me.

“My time here has been outstanding so far. It all works so well together, the club, the stadium, the fans, my new team-mates. I have a super, positive feeling. I really like Munich.”

Dante has made two Bundesliga appearances for Bayern so far.
